- Device type, operating system, and app version.

3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide accurate AI transcriptions and summaries.
- To manage subscriptions via RevenueCat.
- To improve app performance and comply with legal requirements.
4. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
User Consent: We do not share your personal data, audio, or text with third-party AI services without your explicit permission granted via the in-app consent prompt.
To provide our services, we partner with industry-leading AI providers that meet high security standards (SOC 2 Type II). These providers do not use your data to train their models when accessed via our professional API integration:

5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Audio Files: We do not store your audio files on our servers. They are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after transcription.
- Local Storage: Your transcriptions are stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time within the app.
- Account Deletion: You may request full data deletion by contacting us at the email address below.
6. Data Security
- All data transmissions between the app and AI providers are secured using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- We implement industry-standard technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.
7. Advertising & Analytics
We use third-party tools (such as AppsFlyer or Google Ads) to optimize our services. Advertising identifiers are only accessed if you grant permission through the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and the right to withdraw your consent for AI data processing at any time through the app settings.
