3. Data Processing and Storage
Important: Your audio recordings are processed for transcription and are not permanently stored on our servers unless explicitly saved by you within the app.
3.1 Audio Processing
- Audio files are temporarily processed through secure AI transcription services
- Transcribed text is stored locally on your device and optionally on our secure servers
- Original audio files are deleted from our servers after processing
3.2 Data Security
- All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS)
- Server data is stored with encryption at rest
- Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Payment Processing
Apple App Store Payments:
- All subscriptions (weekly $6.99 and annual $49.99 plans) are processed by Apple Inc.
- We never receive or store your payment information (credit card details, etc.)
